- by banishing their Imposter Syndrome, getting rid of their mindset gremlins, and plugging their leadership skill gaps.

I had a highly-successful career working at senior levels in the UK Civil Service - but all the while I was suffering (in silence) from chronic fatigue, panic attacks, and eventually burnout - caused by my terrible Imposter Syndrome.

I finally learned powerful tools to free myself of these, and create instead my own internal cheerleader - and I went on to thrive in my most difficult role yet.

I had discovered my Naked Confidence™.

I re-trained as a coach so I can now use my career expertise and transformational coaching skills to help struggling professional women go from crippling self-doubt to feeling confident, capable & respected.
